		<description>very informative post amanda!

its so important that we have the patience that is recquired for commiting ourselves for a particular periode in which we want to reach our goals.

planing and organizing is the half rent for getting where we want to go. taking daily actions is the second part for achieving the things that will help us grow!

to you ongoing success

<description>Wow! Amanda... I honestly am so happy you shared this! This is truly one of my favorite aspects of personal development. I learned so much when I really focused on why baby steps were so crucial to our business and life. I want to thank you for this post and video as it has of course inspired and helped me... but will inspire and help so many others! I will be retweeting this for you and kudos on all that you do because you are truly amazing! Thank you!

<description>Very good to point out to take baby steps, one step at a time. The overnight phenomenon is just a lot of hype to get people to purchase money hungry marketeers.

It is all about one step at a time and not putting the cart before the horse. In my world of SEO, I teach that SEO is built collectively, one SEO brick at a time. Therefore, it is like building your savings account up. You deposit money into your savings each week, and keep working at it. Eventually, you have a nice nest egg and acquired some interest as well.

One Baby step at a time and someday you&#039;ll run a Marathon.

<description>This post reminded me of one of my favorite questions.

How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.

I have a tendency to be impatient and take those ginormous steps. Yep, I suffer from frustration and burnout. I wonder what could possibly be taking soooo long? Then I take a step back and have a look at how far along I&#039;ve come. Ok, so maybe I&#039;m not that far away from my goal after all. It can still be a pretty continual struggle to be ok with smaller steps but I am working on it and appreciating the progress I have made...when I think of it...and that&#039;s ok.

Thanks so much for sharing!

		<description>Hi Amanda,

This is so true. I set very high goals for myself but I understand that it takes time, energy, commitment for long months for me to become a true master. Thanks for reminding me that I should not overwhelm myself and grow step by step every day.

You are the best. I share your passion.

		<description>Hi Amanda,

Just visiting today to get inspiration from you. I love this post! I will be honest with you and will probably watch your vid more than 5 times. Like they say, &quot;Repetition is the mother of all skills&quot; I think you definitely hit the spot on this post. I wanted to share a personal story I was fortunate enough to be a stay at home mom for 3 years. And I got to watch my son from the moment he was born up until now. Babies &amp; kids completely understand the baby steps mentality more than adults do. I remember when he just started walking he would take 1 step at a time holding onto the couch and lifting him self up.

I&#039;m not sure as we get older where our &quot;microwave mentality&quot; comes maybe your right from too much exposures to the media. I am raising my own son definitely the idea of baby steps and want him to know and honor every commitment and actions he takes.

Living in Philippines most of my life I didn&#039;t really have the microwave mentality or instant gratification mentality. I know everything we have must be earned with hard work one baby step at a time.

I thank you for this post! and will refill from time to time.

I appreciate our friendship!

Love Light &amp; Blessings

<description>Thanks, Amanda, for explaining this so well and telling the truth. I often have to remind myself, that I have had great success in the areas of my life that I have concentrated on improving over a long period of time and that I need to spend a lot of time concentrating on improving myself in some other areas in my life in order to realize success in those areas too.</description>

<description>Wow Amanda that was exactly what I needed today. Thanks so much for bringing everything back into perspective. I&#039;m alot like Ken talked about earlier where I want the destination to come so much quicker than it is...and that is definitely not a good thing.

<description>Another great post from my dear friend, Amanda! :)

I am a big supporter of *baby steps* in order to achieve a desired goal. Even though it may not seem like you are doing much, just remember that as time passes and all those little things add up, you will then be able to look back on what you did and realize that you did A LOT to get to where you are NOW.

Thanks so much, Amanda!
