Welcome to my weekly episode in which I share the most valuable content or idea I have come across in the past week with you, in JUST 2 minutes! We all have plenty to do in a day’s time so this is where you can catch a great message QUICKLY!
That being said, this past week I was moved by how INFINITELY POWERFUL we truly are, when we REALIZE it! I see so many people going about their day, unsatisfied with their jobs, their relationships, their circumstances, because they don’t realize the potential that lies within them. Step Number 1 is to LOVE YOURSELF, deeply, intimately, and fully, LOVE yourself! Take a look…
So again:
We are infinitely powerful if we can only realize it and act upon it!
Loving Yourself is the #1 Most Important thing to do to improve your life!
You CAN CHANGE anything in your life if you BELIEVE that you can!

You are right on in your video, Amanda, people have to stop looking to others for acceptance and find acceptance in themselves.
One of the best ways to do this is to know your faults and to accept them. Learn to laugh at your yourself. Learn to work around your shortcomings. So many people get angry at themselves because they think they “should” be able to do certain things. Stop blaming yourself and start finding solutions!

It didn’t happen overnight, but shedding the image I had of myself right after I quit my last job (3 years ago next month) was the best thing that ever happened to me, and I have the internet marketing community to thank for it. It’s such a shame that this kind of love and support isn’t found on every street corner, but I am so happy to find it here on almost every blog, twitter, and facbook post. Hey Jason! I love your comment and couldn’t agree more! I think we often get too frustrated when we can’t do something and instantly start beating ourselves up as Ryan mentions, when in reality we just need to find a solution one step at a time!
Hey Theresa, shedding the image of ourselves that we have known all of our lives and realizing that we have the POWER to do anything we commit ourselves to, is an AMAZING step. I have recently done this as well, and the level of empowerment, joy, and motivation I wake up with every morning is AWESOME! I’m so glad that you have taken that step! I’m always here for more smiles!

I love it! One of my fave sayings is “Go within or go without”. When you can truly appreciate the beauty and utter fabulousness in self (which is in each of us!) then and only then will you be able to see it, inspire it and encourage it in others.
