I made a choice about 6 years ago to stop "surviving" and actually start "living" no matter what it took. This honestly was a huge stepping stone as it resulted in many difficult times and obstacles in my life (that I am TRULY THANKFUL and GRATEFUL for). All of those learning curves and experiences... that my choice led me through gave me the benefit of being here right now with you and so many others that I am learning so much from. And now I am able to pass along what I have learned... what a beautiful feeling! You have inspired me even more now. I have honestly lived by these but you have made it much easier to map them out now. I am going to take the 5 techniques you have laid out here and dedicate to completing them.
