Amanda,
You asked for it… Here’s a few more!
“Make it a rule, and pray to God to help you to keep it, never, if
possible, to lie down at night without being able to say: “I have made
one human being at least a little wiser, or a little happier, or at
least a little better this day.” – Charles Kingsley
“You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which
you really stop to look fear in the face.” – Eleanor Roosevelt
“If you are planning for a year, sow rice; if you are planning for a decade, plant trees; if you are planning for a lifetime, educate people.” – Chinese Proverb
That’s all for now my fellow PA friend!

Dude! I’ve got so many favorite quotes which I guess means I don’t actually have one, doesn’t it?
Typically my preferred quotes are movie related like this one from Hitch
“Life is not the amount of breaths you take. It’s the moments that take your breath away.”
I have to paraphrase this next one from The Rock to keep it PG but it makes a clear point.
“Your best?!? Losers always whine about doing their best… Winners go home and [make love to] the prom queen!” Sean Connery always comes through. The Scottish accent does make it sound cooler!
And finally this one is an oldie but goodie from Dune
“I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.”
I could do this all day! Thanks Amanda!

Hi Everyone
One of my favourites quotes is: The bad news is time flies. The good news is you’re the pilot – Michael Althsuler
I also have a good quote up on my wall – You don’t need to change yourself – you couldn’t anyway. You need to become yourself – and that will change everything. To be honest I am not sure who said this one but it has stayed with me.

@Samantha, yes I definitely agree! Just because it’s scheduled doesn’t mean it will get done necessarily…action is the key!

Hi Amanda,
I have one quote that I live by in life… especially back in the day when it came to training horses.
My favorite quote comes from the professional horse trainer Pat Parelli… his quote is: “Take the Time that it Takes, so it Takes Less Time”.
